To add a custom url to your blogger domain
follow these steps.
1.
Go to blogger.com and sign in
2.
You will be taken to your dashboard and you will see
somting like this

Scroll down to where you see “settings”
4.

Click here
6.
You will be taken to
a page, scroll to where you see “+ set up a
third-party url for your blog “ and click on it
7. 
8.
Enter your new domain where you see “ blog domain”
9.
After putting your domain click “save”
10. You
should see a page like this save this

If your domain
is a whois.com domain follow the following steps to complete the setup
11. Go to manage.whois.com
12. Enter your email and password
13. Tab
on the manage orders and you will see a drop-down menu
14. In the drop-down menu click on “list/search
orders
15. You will see your domain name, click on it
16. You
should see page like this
17. Scroll
down to where you see “domain forwarding” and “ DNS settings”
18. Click
on the “manage domain forwarding” to activate your DNS
19. Return
to the previous page and click on “manage DNS”
20. A
pop –up window will open and you will see a page like this
21. Click
“ CNAME records”
22. Click
on “ add CNAME record”
24. And
you will see a page like this
Where it say host name enter” www” and if it says this
already exist in other records then put “ www1” and at the value use the data
you have from the step 11.
Click on add record
Repeat step 21
to 24 for the 2nd data ,
wait after about an hour , come back to
blog and repeat step 1 to 9
But at this
point your custom url will be saved if you enter your datas correctly.
Wait for 24 hour or more for google to complete the
redirection
